We’re building Decade around transparency and control. For now, joining the waitlist only requires your email.
A clearer picture. Starting here.
What we’re building, what to expect, and how to be part of what comes next.
01What is Decade?
Decade is an upcoming longevity app for iPhone that turns better habits into a daily game. Run personal experiments, track your progress, and take on challenges with friends to find what works for your health.
02When can I try it?
We’re building Decade now. Join the waitlist and we’ll let you know when early access opens. We haven’t announced a launch date yet.
03Will it work with my wearable?
We’re building Decade for Apple Watch, Oura, Garmin, and WHOOP, with Apple Health bringing your data together on iPhone. You’ll be able to use the wearable you already love to explore your strain, sleep, recovery, and personal experiments.
04What does biological age mean in Decade?
Biological age is a planned way to put health patterns into a longer-term perspective. We’re still developing the method and will explain what goes into the estimate, and its limitations, before launch. Decade is intended for general wellbeing, not medical diagnosis.
05What happens when I join the waitlist?
We save your email for early access and launch updates. Then you can give features a thumbs up or thumbs down to help us decide what to build. Joining is free, voting is optional, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
More understanding. More life ahead.
Your next experiment starts with Decade. Join the waitlist and help choose what we build first.
